In the heart of Marau, on the very day spring arrived, a unique experience blossomed: the "Encontros com a Arte" project. Inspired by the delicate impressionism of Monet and the expressive vigor of Van Gogh, this event invited the community to celebrate the beauty of urban landscapes through art. The central square, a setting for so many stories, was transformed into an open-air studio, where brushes glided beneath the blue sky and colors came to life in the hands of those willing to explore the creative process.

Art not only revealed itself on the canvases but also in the encounters, in the conversations, in the exchanged glances before each piece, becoming a bridge between the public and the urban space they inhabit.

"Encounters with Art" from portuguese "Encontros com a Arte" stands as a celebration of the right to cultural enjoyment, accessible and democratic, reimagining the relationship between people, their city, and art. It is a springtime of colors, inclusion, and the appreciation of local talent, encouraging both the creation and appreciation of art within the community.
